OG Brauce Double Beef Burger

Ingredients

- 600g beef mince
- 4 burger buns
- 8 slices tasty cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 brown onion, finely diced
- Breasoning, to season
- OG Brauce, to serve
Instructions
- 1Season the beef mince with Breasoning and mix gently. Divide into 8 thin patties.
- 2Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties in batches for 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked through.
- 3Top half the patties with a slice of cheese in the last minute of cooking so it melts, then stack two patties per burger.
- 4Toast the burger buns.
- 5Spread OG Brauce on the bun bases, layer with lettuce, onion and the double-stacked patties.
- 6Add more OG Brauce to taste, top with the bun lid and serve.
