Ingredients

Serves 4
  • 600g beef mince
  • 4 burger buns
  • 8 slices tasty cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 brown onion, finely diced
  • Breasoning, to season
  • OG Brauce, to serve

Instructions

  1. 1Season the beef mince with Breasoning and mix gently. Divide into 8 thin patties.
  2. 2Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties in batches for 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked through.
  3. 3Top half the patties with a slice of cheese in the last minute of cooking so it melts, then stack two patties per burger.
  4. 4Toast the burger buns.
  5. 5Spread OG Brauce on the bun bases, layer with lettuce, onion and the double-stacked patties.
  6. 6Add more OG Brauce to taste, top with the bun lid and serve.
